1 Large Banana
2 Large eggs
Toppings of choice
Mash the banana into a puree
Whisk the eggs and combine with the banana
Fry them as you would a regular pancake and top with anything you like!
Why not add 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon to the mixture for extra flavour?
