If you are unhappy with your product(s) when you receive them, you can return them for a full refund (This does not include any costs incurred by you). All we ask is that the product is unused and you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
When you send back your product, we would ask that you wrap the goods well and you enclose a letter explaining the reason for the return, in order for us to keep a record and also deal with the problem accordingly.
Out of Stock Policy
Very occaisonally items are out of stock, this may be caused by supplier production problems or quality issues. We will always offer the customer the following options:
1) Retain your order until stock becomes available (generally we can advise how long this would be)
2) Select an exact alternative from a different brand.
3) Offer you an alternative product.
4) Cancel or refund your order if no alternative exists.
